Rates cover labour, standard patching, masking, floor protection and two coats of premium low-VOC paint. Extensive drywall repair, texture removal, wallpaper stripping and fixture removal are quoted separately once we see the walls.
Floors, furniture and fixtures masked and covered before a brush is opened.
Nail holes, dents and cracks filled and sanded flat. Spot-primed so they do not flash.
Sharp hand-cut lines at ceilings and trim, then two full coats rolled out evenly.
Daily tidy-up, paint left labelled for touch-ups, final walkthrough together.
$2.50 to $4.50 per square foot of wall area. Walls only in one colour run $2.50–$3.25; adding trim and doors brings it to $3.25–$4; heavy prep or multi-colour work is $3.75–$4.50. Ceilings are quoted separately at $1.75–$2.50 per square foot.
We can supply it or you can. We use premium low-VOC lines and will price the exact product and quantity in the written quote so there are no surprises either way.
A standard room is one to two working days including prep and two coats. Whole-home interiors typically run three to seven days depending on square footage and how much trim is involved.
Yes. Cabinets are quoted per project rather than per square foot, because the work is in the doors — degreasing, sanding, priming and either spraying or hand-laying the finish.
